Minnie Mouse

This cake was inspired by several cakes on Cake Central. We went with buttercream icing for this little girl's birthday cake. The only part I wasn't completely happy with is the bow...it didn't come out quite how I envisioned in my head. Minnie Mouse is made from an eight inch round and two six inch rounds that I carved to fit around her head as ears.
